Short...

Not much going on today.

Getting ready for oldest daughter to arrive tonight.

Eating was on plan yesterday.

No new critters in my yard.

And YIPPEE for eating within the plan!!!!! I find each succesive day that I'm on the plan after a slight binge, gets easier and easier.
