Gained that pesky 2 pounds back again this week. Didn't do anything different than I did the week before, when I lost it. Average calorie count was within +/-25 of last weeks and the week before and the week before... Oh well...
Durn it was cold last night, in the low 20's (F). My heat pump never kicked off. I have fake propane logs as supplemental heat but I don't leave them burning a night. They sure are fired up this morning though. And my computer desk is setting right near them so this is the best seat in the house right now. We got about 5 inches of snow all together. A really wet snow. And the driveway is clear if I need to get off the mountain, but I can't for the life of me see a need. Thank goodness.
Sparkpeople sent me an article on loosing tummy fat. Here's the link to it. I know I've read several of your posts where that is a problem for you, just like me. It's really short and doesn't give you any quick fixes but makes sense.
Have a happy hump day.
A birthday like no other!

Sorry, I'm behind on reading. I can't believe the beautiful snow!!!. Glad you got groceries early and don't need to go out. It must be a winter wonderland up there.
I tell you night time snacking is my big hang up but it is also when I blog the most. It has helped having the microwave popcorn popper. I mix whatever seasonings I want with it and it take a long time to eat 140 calories (1/2 cup unpopped) of popcorn. My favorite seasoning is molly mcbutter and garlic powder. Sounds bad but is really good. I really have to watch my sodium intake so I never use salt. It takes some getting used to.
It was below freezing here this morning very unusal for this time of year. We haven't had a really cold winter in a long time. It is so cold in my office that I'm typing with gloves. I'm going to the mall at lunch just to heat up.
The fire logs sound toasty! I'm jealous!!! Me, I just have to put on an extra layer!
I don't seem to be able to do crunches,,,or much cardio...guess I will remain 'round'. (O: I need to make sure I keep walking. I have been slacking in that area. Be patient about those 2 pesky pounds. Stay warm..It is 6:15 and 74 degrees here in CO. I know. Crazy!
you'll loose those two pounds again I am sure. hope your well other wise. Angie
