Eating at night. Ohhh I'm so there with you. I think for me it boils down to the fact that I get 'used' to it. Once I get out of the habit of eating that sweet treat in the evening, I'm usually ok. But that said...I know that it really is a habit!
I have NO snow envy! Don't want it for a long time yet. Good that you went to the store. Try air poped popcorn and have a whole bowl. Spray parkay butter on it...there are no calories in the spray. It keeps you busy for a long time (O:
I live on a mountain in the beautiful state of West Virginia. I have started this weight loss journey many times before. I am now on maintenance and I feel in my heart that this time it will be for keeps. I have two beautiful daughters who inspire me and support me in everything I do. I wouldn't be the person I am today without them.
I am an avid crocheter and reader and live alone with my two doggies whom I affectionately call "the kids" since they are the only little people [yes people!] in my household.

Ooooh, pretty pictures! That looks like one of those wet, sloppy snows I love so much. (picture me turning green)
(And thanks to grammy for the reminder on the popcorn. I bought an microwave air popper on the weekend and forgot about it.)
Hasn't snow in Minnesota yet...hmmm...
