Ho Hummmm...

I lost 1.5 pounds of the 2 that I gained a couple of weeks ago (again). One half pound to go to be where I was a month ago. Oh, well.

Yay, no more political advertisements!!!!!!!
Got the roast out to thaw this morning so I will me having it for dinner. And then will have some of my very own frozen dinners ready to eat.
I've gone back to my bedroom to sleep. Started a couple of nights ago and I think I have a way to keep myself from devouring books. I am leaving them up there by the bed and only letting myself read right before going to sleep. It was beginning to get expensive. I was going through a book in about 2 days. At least I go to Amazon and order enough to get free shipping and usually watch for their 4 for the price of 3 special. I've tried the library in my area and it is so small that I've read what they have in the genre that I prefer.
Later dudes...

I love to read but I rarely have any books around because I become so wrapped up in them I become totally anti-social! :)

I'm so ready for not hear political anything. You left a comment on my site about missing the kids you taught. Have you thought about volunteering you time to tutor at what every school is closest to you. My retirement ambition is to have enough income that I don't have to have a part time job and volunteer in the public schools helping kids, k-3rd in reading and math. Lord, deliver me from 6-12th graders, I've already had enough of them. HA!

Please forgive the grammar and spelling errors in the comment I just left. I'm tooooo tired to be commenting. Hope you get the meaning anyway.

I just took a bunch of books back to the library tonight. It is a blessing to have a good one with lots of books to choose from. I love to read. I have slowed down some because blogging takes up my time. I have to ration my free time so I don't blog and read and never walk or visit with hubby. lol

Curled up myself last night with a good book. Luckiy I have a decent library with a big selection of books I still have to read. Any book store near you that lets you swap books? I rarely read a book more than once, so don't purchase many novels anymore.
Keep up the good work! Can't wait to hear how the roast was last night!

Does your library do interlibrary loans? I hear about a book I want to read and I have them 'order' it for me. :-) Because i like you have to monitor my book consumption! (yeah, I'm addicted to food and books!)
