- I live on a mountain in the beautiful state of West Virginia. I have started this weight loss journey many times before. I am now on maintenance and I feel in my heart that this time it will be for keeps. I have two beautiful daughters who inspire me and support me in everything I do. I wouldn't be the person I am today without them. I am an avid crocheter and reader and live alone with my two doggies whom I affectionately call "the kids" since they are the only little people [yes people!] in my household.

Pretty purple flowers!
Nice pictures...makes walking/exercise more fun!
No idea about the pretty purple flowers, but watch out for that second one: varigated gout weed/bishop's weed/snow on the mountain. If you see any all green leaves, yank them. It's invasive.
My neighbours let one get out of hand, now all they have is goutweed, no grass, and I'm constantly yanking it out of my flower beds as it tries to creep into my yard!
Yes, I passionately hate the stuff :)
