Just to put it out there for you: Load up on veggies, take your turkey, make cranberry sauce with Splenda (it takes longer, but does thicken up), choose your favourite dessert and take a small slice. Have fun. Our T-day was October, so I had brought a veggie tray with fat-free ranch dressing for snacking before dinner. I was content after 1 plate. Then a walk and onto dessert. Woohoo. Making full-fat items and limiting intake just seems so...unrealistic at a time like Thanksgiving. Good luck with it.Candace MacPhersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12042952981039797947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5590003896764652039.post-32259396430214763542008-11-26T19:08:00.000-05:002008-11-26T19:08:00.000-05:00I love SeaBreeze's rule. If you have one free day to eat all the yummy stuff you want you just have to be good for the 4 days leading up to it and the 5 days after and it'll all balance out.SeaBreezehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00486587826946757928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5590003896764652039.post-7038049614095348952008-11-26T12:29:00.000-05:002008-11-26T12:29:00.000-05:00HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU.
