I have tried to keep my workouts varied and different. (well....right now I'm stuck in a rut with biking). I get so bored with doing the same thing. SO under normal conditions, it is nothing for me to do a different dvd each and every day of the week. Vary your routine not only for boredom, but it also keeps your muscles guessing!<BR/><BR/>Want to try some new workouts? Not over the top, but still tasty. I have a slice of pizza with a salad every few weeks or so. I don't want to live a life that doesn't have pizza in it. :)<BR/><BR/>I have to tell you, I have never wished so hard for a good weigh in of my own as much as I'm wishing for a good one for you. LOL No matter what, though, take pride in knowing that you have looked the diet demon in the eye and come out the winner. You look like your having fun with your friend. I haven't tried Yoga but I did get a video on Ti Chi. I thought it would be easy but NO nothing easy about it.
