I have used the spray butter, I have used the smart beat squeeze butter and most recently a tub of light whipped butter (I think it is promise?). It is zero points for a normal size serving. Yeah, it's not as yummy as straight up fatty butter...but it does the job!<BR/><BR/>Ok....just got my arse up out of the chair....it IS PRomise, Fat Free!
